It is said that nameservers can take 24-48 hours to propagate. However, we have seen instances where we can access domains almost instantly or within one to two hours.
Once you have changed your nameservers with your registrar, wait an hour before trying to access your domain. If your domain is not available try the following steps:
- Close all web browsers
- Open up Command Prompt (Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools)
- Type: ipconfig /flushdns
- Close Command Prompt
- Try to navigate to your website again
If that does not work, wait 48 hours and try it again. If it still does not work, check your nameservers and contact your registrar's support department.
