My nameservers haven't updated or my domain name is still being registered. What can I do?

You can start uploading your web page(s) immediately by pointing your FTP client to the IP address you were given in your welcome email.

Your email and domain name will not work until the world-wide internet DNS system is completely finished updating itself with your new domain information. The nameserver update for your domain will take about 24-72 hours before everything is updated.

In the meantime, your welcome email will contain information on how to upload files to your website, and how to view your website

Unfortunately, your email will not work until the updates are completed. You may, however, set up email accounts in preparation. Generally, when you can reach your website by typing in the domain name in your browser, your email will work.
