If SSH is not enabled on your previous web hosting account, you can still transfer your account to LithiumHost. To use this feature, the remote server must be runing cPanel version 3.0 or later. Otherwise, we are unable to transfer your web hosting account to our server. No other web hosting control panel will work.
To begin transfer process, submit support ticket with the following information:
Server's IP Address
Domain Name to Copy
Username
Password
Once we receive that information, we can begin to transfer your account to its new home.
