If you have SSH access to your account, transfering your account over will be much easier. However, we cannot guarantee a complete success. The account transfer server works best if your previous host used cPanel. However, is you do have SSH access to the server, it is possible to transfer from the following control panels:
WebPanel
Plesk
DirectAdmin
In order to begin the transfer service, you will need to create a support ticket with the following information:
Control Panel Type and Version
Server's IP address
root username/password or just your account username/password
Once we receive that information, we can begin to transfer your account to its new home.
