If you can't find a solution to your problems in our knowledgebase, you can submit a ticket by selecting the appropriate department below.
- Pre Sales Department - Any inquiries you may have about LithiumHost, its services, and network can be answered by this department.
- Abuse Department - This department handles all abuse issues. If you are reporting one of our client for abusing our AUP or TOS please notify this department.
- Billing Department - Helps sort out payment issues. Contact this department regarding account activation, suspention, and termination.
- Promotions Department - This department handles transfer clients and all promotions that need a ticket started.
- Support Department - Helps sort out technical problems with your website. You can also report server problems to this department.
